The close-knit team includes top pastry chef Jennifer Pogmore and chef Tracey Valentinawood who produce the most fabulous feasts. The team love to share their favourite places, so you get to see a little of the area like Camon, officially one of the prettiest villages in France and medieval Mirepoix.
